On September 18, the Moscow 10 km marathon was held.
The Selecty team disarmed the competitors with their positive attitude and will to win!

We gathered a really powerful team of runners, for many of whom this race was their debut! Our sportsmen and sportswomen flew to the marathon from different parts of the country - colleagues not only from Moscow, but also from Khabarovsk, St. Petersburg, Saratov took part.

Special congratulations to the best of the best: Vladimir Peryshkin came to the finish line after 44 minutes and 31 seconds! The first among girls was Anna Kozachinskaya, who ran 10 km in 55 minutes and 47 seconds.

The first ever Selecty Family day revealed another bright facet of our company. 6 non-working hours filled all participants with sunny energy for a couple of months ahead!

Here's what it was like:

• The gathering of guests turned into a disassembly of the office space into atoms. But the initiative was taken by Professor Nicole, who managed to engage the younger generation in a chemistry show and an ice-cream masterclass.

• The most courageous and creative became the stars of a real film. By the way, it was not only interesting, but also tasty - treats were waiting for all participants of the office games)))

It looks like a cosy holiday in the format of ‘Open Day’ for children and adults will become another tradition of our group of companies!

If on Saturday the office was filled with bright colours, aromas of yummy food and children's laughter, it means that Selecty had another Family Day!

What was it like?

⭐️ Professional stylists realised the girls' daring fantasies. The young fashionistas were able to show their images at the fashion show.

⭐️ For boys there was a cookery master class, where together with Selektins they cooked waffles, sandwiches and learnt how to serve the table.

A pleasant bonus was a professional photo session in a floral photo zone and a delicious cake!

Together with our partners, we held a New Year's Eve meeting to summarize the results and outline plans for the coming year.

A gorgeous location, a charismatic host and real champagne helped to make this meeting particularly pleasant and memorable.

Yesterday was marked by an interesting event - the Selecty GC team took part in the Cnews FORUM Cases 2023 forum.

What results were important for us?

• Eduard Dolgalev, Director of Business Development in Russia, spoke about the advantages of IT outsourcing in the modern world
• We unfolded a colourful stand with an attraction where participants won many gifts by testing their luck at the ‘Russian Rosette’ attraction
• Personally met Maksut Shadaev, the head of Mincifra.
• We got incredible emotions from the event

On 6 July, leading HR IT experts and professionals met at Moscow City Golf Club to discuss the most topical IT business issues.

On a cosy summer veranda next to a picturesque lake, Daria Kudryavtseva, HR Director of Selecty Group of Companies, presented the research ‘Source Code of an Ideal Job for an IT Specialist’, which was conducted in cooperation with the Bureau of Good Deeds charitable foundation specialising in career guidance for orphaned teenagers.

Ksenia Sheremetieva, Recruitment Director, presented an overview of salaries on the 2022/2023 labour market and spoke about key trends and tendencies.

The financial and legal departments of the Selecty Group of Companies revealed the nuances of working with residents and non-residents in the current environment.

A special guest of the event, Vladimir Demchenkov, Head of IT recruitment at Alfa-Bank, shared with the guests of the event the secrets of success in recruitment that he had gathered over the years of his career.
