Art of Choice: business harmony
On December 6, the Selecty Business Club brought together HR and IT leaders for the final event of the year "Art of Choice". Participants not only reflected on key milestones but also set ambitious goals for 2025, discussing promising strategies and new opportunities for collaboration.
The event took place at the historic Turandot restaurant — an ambitious venue that seamlessly blends a business mindset with a passion for aesthetics.
Exclusively for our guests, we prepared a theatrical performance "Time to Choose", exploring how choices shape the destiny of individuals, teams, and even entire eras.

The evening’s insightful discussions were opened by Sergey Burlaka, who shared with guests how music and business intertwine into a breathtaking harmony. He emphasized that both fields require rhythm and pursuit of harmony — whether in relation to colleagues or clients.
"A conductor gives each musician the opportunity to tell their story — and to do it together" Sergey noted. He drew parallels between leadership styles and conducting techniques, explaining that, like a conductor, a leader must sense the potential of each team member, inspire them, and guide them toward a common goal.
