Selecty – Stellar Finalist at the "HR Brand 2023" Awards

On May 29th, Selecty team attended the prestigious "HR Brand 2023" award ceremony – a renowned competition that celebrates excellence in human resources.

Selecty was honored as a finalist in the special nomination for "Digital Leadership" by Alfa-Bank and as a nominee for the "Federation" category!

The HR department showcased their unique project, Watchboarding – a series of videos about key company projects and products. This innovative project combines actionable insights , creativity, and humor, effectively engaging employees and raising awareness about internal processes.
