In March and April, several foreign IT competitor teams, who left or suspended their work in the Russian IT market, joined our forces. We are happy to welcome them to our company!
Although the freeze was observed in almost all spheres of recruitment and partially extended to outsourcing services, Selecty continues to recruit talented employees. In March, we executed 89.3% of our goals for the month and set an equally ambitious plan for April.
In March, we launched the Sel.<lection> educational project, which already includes the first lecture on Q&A. We will continue to arrange meetings, invite industry speakers, and train our specialists.
