Selecty at HR API

On June 14th-15th, Selecty team attended the HR API 2024 conference, a grand platform uniting top experts in HR and IT industries.

Daria Kudryavtseva, Director of HR at Selecty, shared an exciting presentation titled "Watchboarding: Engaging Onboarding" where she explained how to:
• Transform the onboarding process into an exciting adventure
• Increase average employee tenure
• Motivate employees to leave positive feedback

Daria elaborated on the expert selection process:
"I genuinely consider HR API the best conference for HR professionals in IT teams. Being a speaker at this event has been my professional dream for several years!
The selection of presentations is extremely competitive — only one out of five proposals makes it to the final program, and speakers undergo from three to four rehearsals! Witnessing this impressive preparation firsthand, it's clear that the high level of expert content is not mere luck but the result of meticulous work by the program committee!"

Yulia Istomina, Head of Sales at Selecty, also shared her impressions:
"I’d like to highlight the presentation by Elena Lukyanchikova, Product Manager, and Ilya Tsvetkov, Head of Department at T-Bank, titled 'The Power of Connections: Making Referral Programs a Key Recruitment Channel in IT.'
The classic 'Bring a Friend' program at T-Bank reached a new pinnacle. Our colleagues approached its development with genuine scientific rigor, conducting research not only among internal employees but also in the external market. The research results formed the basis of the new referral program.

A particular focus at the conference was on employee well-being, engagement, and retention of valuable talent. After the presentation by Asya Markevich from the 'Dalee' agency, there were numerous questions, and we compiled a checklist of ideas to implement within our company."

The event concluded with a delightful cruise, where guests continued networking beyond the conference halls, providing an opportunity for more informal interactions.
