According to the latest report published by Selecty - one of the industry leaders in IT recruitment and outsourcing, the demand for in-house recruitment services has dropped
by 25%, along with the need for outsourcing services, which has plummeted by 60%.
Meanwhile, the requests for developing local software to replace generic European and American software products have tripled! Selecty foresees steady growth of the IT services market in the next 3-5 years, approximating at 4 to 5 percent.
