Unified IT Specialist Register: A Game-Changer for Business

The Ministry of Finance's proposal for a unified IT specialist certification register, based on the HeadHunter platform, is gaining traction. This initiative aims to fill the void left by departing industry giants like Red Hat, Oracle, and VMware.

Daria Kudryavtseva, HR Director at Selecty Group, believes this centralized register will be a boon for businesses, potentially saving them significant costs.

"Currently, companies allocate an average of 100,000 rubles to recruit a qualified IT specialist, often spending even more," she explains. "The time-consuming process of technical interviews and candidate verification could be streamlined through a single certification center."
