Irina Filimonenko, Lead HR Manager at Selecty, highlights one of the company’s standout programs:
«We have a loyalty system that allows employees to earn an internal currency called “shiki”. Team members receive shiki for various achievements, which they can then donate to charity. This way, employees not only contribute to the company’s growth but also transform their efforts into tangible support for the charitable organization the Bureau of Good Deeds Foundation».
